The sleep monitoring function analyzes sleep phases and length, allowing you to identify bad habits and improve sleep quality. In addition, the Colmi R06 measures blood saturation, blood pressure and stress levels, providing a complete picture of the user's health.

The Colmi R06 offers 21 sports modes, making it adaptable to different forms of activity. In addition, it measures distance traveled, calories burned and number of steps.
